PVC Braided Fibre Reinforced Hose Extrusion Line is designed to produce PVC fiber reinforced hose. It is also named as PVC Garden Hose Making Machine, it is consist of automatic feeding system/single screw extruder/die head/water cooling tank/haul off machine /Braider/Heat Oven/ Winder . it use electric Parts (breaker/inverter/relay/ and so on ) is SIEMENS/OMRON/SCHNEIDER. Adopt PLC control and simple operation .running stable. It produce pvc fiber hose which diameter range which is from 6mm to 50mm. PVC fiber hose machine is used to produce PVC fiber hose.
Specifications:
1. The wall of PVC Braided Fibre Reinforced Hose is three layers, outer and inner layer are soft PVC hose, middle layer is terylene fiber network, which has good chemical and physical property. It is mainly used for the transportation of high pressure or corrosion gas, widely used in the machinery, Garden Hose, Coal mine, oil, chemical, agriculture irrigation and buildings.
2. The inner and the outer layers will be made of PVC plastics and the middle layer is made of terylene fibre reinforced net. After changing some parts or add some equipments, the line is suitable for the production of PVC screw thread colored pipe(shower pipe) with PET film inside.
Using fameus server driver, special close loop calculated solution best energy saving. The efficiency is improved significantly.
